DOI: 10.1016\/j.drugpo.2025.104753\">\n<figure class=\"article-img\">\n<\/figure><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Les adolescents consid\u00e8rent que les boissons z\u00e9ro alcool sont un type de boisson alcoolis\u00e9e, ce qui a conduit les chercheurs de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Flinders \u00e0 exprimer de graves pr\u00e9occupations quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact de leur exposition \u00e0 la marque et \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 z\u00e9ro alcool.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre nouvelle \u00e9tude montre que les adolescents classent les boissons z\u00e9ro alcool comme un type de boisson alcoolis\u00e9e, plut\u00f4t que comme une boisson gazeuse\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l&rsquo;auteur principal, le Dr Ashlea Bartram du Flinders Health and Medical Institute (FHMRI).<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 des boissons z\u00e9ro alcool dans des espaces publicitaires ou de vente au d\u00e9tail tels que le supermarch\u00e9 local peut avoir le m\u00eame type d&rsquo;effets n\u00e9gatifs qui proviennent de l&rsquo;exposition aux boissons alcoolis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9occupation majeure car il existe une association bien \u00e9tablie entre la fr\u00e9quence de l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;alcool et la consommation d&rsquo;alcool chez les adolescents\u00a0\u00bb, explique le Dr Bartram. \u00ab\u00a0En d&rsquo;autres termes, plus il y a d&rsquo;alcool annon\u00e7ant un jeune \u00e0 un jeune, plus il consomme de l&rsquo;alcool.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les boissons z\u00e9ro alcool (<0,5% d'alcool) ressemblent \u00e0 de l'alcool en apparence et en go\u00fbt, et sont le plus souvent annonc\u00e9es sous des marques d'alcool \u00e9tablies (appel\u00e9es \u00abextensions de marque\u00bb) ou en tant que produits enti\u00e8rement nouveaux (\u00abNouveau dans le monde\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Bartram pr\u00e9vient qu&rsquo;il y a peu de restrictions actuelles sur les boissons z\u00e9ro alcool, qui sont disponibles gratuitement \u00e0 la vente \u00e0 tous les groupes d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, y compris dans des endroits o\u00f9 l&rsquo;alcool n&rsquo;est pas disponible, comme les supermarch\u00e9s &#8211; et dans ces endroits, ils sont souvent situ\u00e9s aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des boissons gazeuses.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans le <i>Journal international de politique de drogue<\/i> impliqu\u00e9 plus de 300 adolescents \u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 17 ans participant \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience de temps de r\u00e9action, regardant 20 images ordonn\u00e9es au hasard de boissons alcoolis\u00e9es, de boissons z\u00e9ro alcool et de boissons gazeuses.<\/p>\n<p>On leur a demand\u00e9 d&rsquo;indiquer rapidement si les images leur ont fait penser \u00e0 l&rsquo;alcool. Leur temps de r\u00e9ponse et les niveaux d&rsquo;accord ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s et analys\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour comprendre davantage leurs perceptions des boissons z\u00e9ro alcool et les impacts que ces perceptions peuvent avoir sur leur future consommation d&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La plupart des images de boissons alcoolis\u00e9es (94,4%), les boissons\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;extension de marque \u00ab\u00a0z\u00e9ro (90,7%) et les boissons` `neuves \u00a0\u00bb z\u00e9ro alcool (85,6%) les ont incit\u00e9s \u00e0 penser \u00e0 l&rsquo;alcool, contre seulement 5,2% des images de boissons gazeuses\u00a0\u00bb, explique le Dr Bartram.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Ils \u00e9taient un peu plus rapides pour cat\u00e9goriser les boissons z\u00e9ro alcool (telles que Heineken ou Gordon) comme de l&rsquo;alcool plut\u00f4t que des boissons\u00a0\u00bb neuves \u00ab\u00a0&#8211; mais dans l&rsquo;ensemble, il \u00e9tait clair que la grande majorit\u00e9 de ces produits incitaient les adolescents \u00e0 penser \u00e0 l&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En termes simples, dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, les jeunes associent des boissons z\u00e9ro-alcool \u00e0 l&rsquo;alcool, il y a donc maintenant un argument fort pour que certaines restrictions raisonnables soient effectu\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 ces boissons peuvent \u00eatre vendues et annonc\u00e9es.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Bartram dit qu&rsquo;il est bien document\u00e9 que la consommation d&rsquo;alcool est particuli\u00e8rement nocive pour les cerveaux, les corps et la sant\u00e9 mentale en d\u00e9veloppement des jeunes en raison de ses impacts neurod\u00e9veloppementaux, et peut augmenter le risque de maladie, d&rsquo;accident et de blessure d&rsquo;un jeune.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les jeunes qui commencent \u00e0 boire de l&rsquo;alcool \u00e0 un \u00e2ge pr\u00e9coce sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles de boire de l&rsquo;alcool de mani\u00e8re nocive ou de devenir d\u00e9pendants de l&rsquo;alcool plus tard\u00a0\u00bb, explique le Dr Bartram.<\/p>\n<p>Les directives australiennes de l&rsquo;alcool recommandent que les enfants et les personnes de moins de 18 ans ne devraient pas boire d&rsquo;alcool pour r\u00e9duire leur risque de blessures et de risques pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie nationale de sant\u00e9 pr\u00e9ventive de l&rsquo;Australie 2021-2030 a \u00e9galement fix\u00e9 un objectif ambitieux de limiter la consommation d&rsquo;alcool chez les jeunes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 14 \u00e0 17 ans \u00e0 moins de 10% d&rsquo;ici 2030.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La mont\u00e9e des boissons \u00e0 z\u00e9ro alcool pr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi r\u00e9glementaire unique.
