La garniture : salade de chou rouge maison (!), oignons rouges, laitue iceberg croquante, concombres et tomates, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de poulet bio, de fromage de brebis ou de falafel. Cependant, elle ne peut remplacer la perception individuelle de la faim, du d\u00e9sir et de la sati\u00e9t\u00e9. Mon rythme quotidien est bas\u00e9 sur la confiance en mon corps.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hk=\"0000a104212000a23190\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text data-text-milestone-block>\n<p>Je commence chaque journ\u00e9e avec rien d&rsquo;autre que du Caf\u00e9 Crema noir. Cinq \u00e0 sept petites tasses, fra\u00eechement pr\u00e9par\u00e9es dans la \u00ab\u00a0machine enti\u00e8rement automatique interne\u00a0\u00bb constituent mon petit-d\u00e9jeuner quotidien (une quantit\u00e9 que les \u00e9tudes actuelles ne probl\u00e9matisent pas chez les personnes en bonne sant\u00e9 &#8211; juste bon \u00e0 savoir, rien d&rsquo;autre). Non pas parce que je suis un adepte des tendances, mais parce que ce sch\u00e9ma correspond \u00e0 ma chronobiologie et \u00e0 ma faim naturelle. Je ne force rien, c&rsquo;est mon corps qui donne le rythme.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hk=\"0000a104212000a231a120\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text data-text-milestone-block>\n<p>Certains jours, la faim survient plus t\u00f4t, d\u2019autres plus tard. Ensuite, je mange t\u00f4t ou tard. Je ne me base pas sur l&rsquo;horloge, mais plut\u00f4t sur ce que mon corps demande r\u00e9ellement. Bien s\u00fbr, tout cela n\u2019est pas un dogme \u2013 mais si cela convient, alors c\u2019est merveilleux. Seule une sensation de faim prononc\u00e9e me permet de r\u00e9ellement profiter du plaisir. Lorsque nous mangeons avec une v\u00e9ritable faim, le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compense est activ\u00e9, et c&rsquo;est exactement \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que surgit ce sentiment indubitable de profonde satisfaction. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<aside data-hk=\"0000a104212000a231a1604\" data-qa-ad-slot class=\"Ad-Slot Ad-Slot-mobile Ad-Slot-hor\">\n<div id=\"ad-slot-mobile-hor-5\" data-orientation=\"hor\" data-index=\"5\" data-slot=\"ad-slot\" data-device=\"mobile\"><\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<div data-hk=\"0000a104212000a231a170\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text data-text-milestone-block>\n<p>Cette premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e, cette position d\u00e9tendue en arri\u00e8re, cette mastication agr\u00e9able et ensuite ce \u00ab g\u00e9missement confortable du plus profond de l\u2019estomac \u00bb \u2013 pour moi, c\u2019est le signal le plus clair du corps que tout va bien. Que cette nourriture exacte est en ce moment. Que le corps obtienne ce dont il a besoin \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. Pour moi, cette intense sensation de bien-\u00eatre est indissociable de la bonne alimentation. Les sucreries, les tartes ou les g\u00e2teaux ne m&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent tout simplement pas. Mon palais a soif d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00e9pices &#8211; et j&rsquo;aime particuli\u00e8rement tous les \u00ab power phytos \u00bb piquants comme le piment, le poivre, les oignons et l&rsquo;ail. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hk=\"0000a104212000a231a200\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text data-text-milestone-block>\n<p>Cette orientation gustative se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de consommation : j&rsquo;adore les jus sous forme de spritzers faits maison &#8211; des jus biologiques de haute qualit\u00e9, remplis d&rsquo;eau min\u00e9rale et raffin\u00e9s avec un fort shot de jus de citron fra\u00eechement press\u00e9. De nombreuses personnes ont oubli\u00e9 comment \u00e9couter les signaux de leur corps parce qu&rsquo;elles veulent constamment se laisser guider par des experts. Quiconque prend comme guide sa propre intelligence corporelle culinaire acquiert une v\u00e9ritable libert\u00e9. La nutrition devrait faire partie int\u00e9grante de la vie, fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e par le plaisir, la culture et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience individuelle.
