L&rsquo;analyse a compar\u00e9 les informations sur la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil de 2005 et 2006 avec des enqu\u00eates ult\u00e9rieures entre 2013 et 2017.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hk=\"0000a104212000a222a150\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text data-text-milestone-block>\n<h2>Le sommeil n&rsquo;est pas seulement une question de nombre d&rsquo;heures<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsque les gens pensent \u00e0 un sommeil sain, ils pr\u00eatent souvent d\u2019abord attention \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e. Selon l\u2019American Academy of Sleep Medicine, cela ne suffit pas. Pour les hommes, ce lien n\u2019\u00e9tait plus clair apr\u00e8s ajustement statistique.<\/li>\n<li>Un sommeil sain signifie suffisamment d\u2019heures au lit.
