Si vous ouvrez la fen\u00eatre la nuit, ces bruits p\u00e9n\u00e8trent encore plus directement dans la chambre et perturbent votre sommeil r\u00e9parateur. Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement probl\u00e9matique dans les zones urbaines, o\u00f9 le niveau sonore chute rarement compl\u00e8tement.
