Cela provoque le rel\u00e2chement des muscles du rectum et le passage devient plus libre, explique Pasricha.  Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un petit ajustement qui a un effet \u00e9vident, m\u00eame pour les personnes qui n&rsquo;ont pas de probl\u00e8mes digestifs. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hk=\"0000942120a202a260\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, le chercheur met en garde contre une pression trop forte. Cela pourrait provoquer une tension des muscles au lieu de se d\u00e9tendre.
