C\u2019est exactement ce que montrent les recherches sur l\u2019observance de l\u2019exercice : les gens s\u2019y tiennent lorsque l\u2019exercice s\u2019int\u00e8gre dans leur vie, et non lorsqu\u2019il la domine.
