Les chercheurs ont trouv\u00e9 un lien avec divers probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hk=\"00942120a202a100\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9pression<\/li>\n<li>Troubles anxieux<\/li>\n<li>Fatigue permanente<\/li>\n<li>Maladies dentaires<\/li>\n<li>Apparition simultan\u00e9e de plusieurs maladies (multimorbidit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00eame ceux qui souffrent de troubles du sommeil ou qui ont des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 cuisiner prennent souvent leur petit-d\u00e9jeuner plus tard. Les premiers mangeurs ont maintenu leurs horaires de petit-d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 des heures constantes au fil des ans. Il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que les personnes ayant une pr\u00e9disposition g\u00e9n\u00e9tique \u00e0 un \u00ab chronotype du soir \u00bb \u2013 c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des l\u00e8ve-tard \u2013 prenaient leur petit-d\u00e9jeuner en moyenne sept minutes plus tard.
