Ajoutez un peu plus d&rsquo;eau ou de farine si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te finie tr\u00e8s finement sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie graiss\u00e9e ou sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur et couvrez si vous le souhaitez. Soyez particuli\u00e8rement prudent avec les ingr\u00e9dients humides et la sauce, comme avec une vraie pizza italienne, car trop d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 rend la p\u00e2te caoutchouteuse.<\/li>\n<li>Placez la plaque sur la grille inf\u00e9rieure du four et faites cuire la pizza pendant environ 15 \u00e0 20 minutes \u00e0 250 \u00b0C (chaleur vo\u00fbte\/ sole).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza sans levure ne l\u00e8ve pratiquement pas, c&rsquo;est pourquoi le r\u00e9sultat est fin et croustillant, semblable \u00e0 une tarte flamb\u00e9e.
