Les \u00ab gens du matin pr\u00e9cis \u00bb repr\u00e9sentaient 24 % de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon, le reste se situant entre les deux et \u00e9tant appel\u00e9 le groupe de chronotype moyen. De plus, sur une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;observation d&rsquo;environ 14 ans, les oiseaux de nuit pr\u00e9sentaient un risque de crise cardiaque ou d&rsquo;accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral 16 % plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que les personnes de chronotype moyen.
