Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de boissons au soja, de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes ou de yaourts \u00e0 base de plantes, pour de nombreuses personnes, le label \u00ab \u00e0 base de plantes \u00bb est d\u00e9sormais synonyme d&rsquo;un mode de vie conscient.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hk=\"00942120a20210\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text>\n<p>Mais une vaste \u00e9tude fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 long terme montre qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime \u00e0 base de plantes ne prot\u00e8ge le c\u0153ur que si les produits sont frais et peu transform\u00e9s. Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis pendant neuf ans en moyenne dans le cadre de la cohorte NutriNet-Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hk=\"00942120a20240\" class=\"Html-Block\" data-qa-article-content-text>\n<p>Outre la proportion d\u2019aliments v\u00e9g\u00e9taux et animaux, la densit\u00e9 nutritionnelle et le degr\u00e9 de transformation ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s. Car ce n&rsquo;est pas seulement l&rsquo;origine qui compte, mais aussi le mode de production.
