DOI: 10.1111\/acer.70165\">\n<figure class=\"article-img\">\n<\/figure><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Les souris qui sont pass\u00e9es d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime riche en sucre\/beurre \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime standard ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une forte pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l&rsquo;alcool par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau, dans une \u00e9tude explorant le lien entre les micro-organismes gastro-intestinaux et les troubles li\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation d&rsquo;alcool (AUD). Les r\u00e9sultats, publi\u00e9s dans la revue <i>Alcool, recherche clinique et exp\u00e9rimentale<\/i>peut aider \u00e0 conduire \u00e0 de nouveaux traitements pour l&rsquo;AUD.<\/p>\n<p>Le microbiote intestinal contribue au maintien de la sant\u00e9, en contribuant \u00e0 des processus essentiels, notamment l\u2019immunit\u00e9 et le m\u00e9tabolisme. Le microbiote intestinal maintient une communication bidirectionnelle avec le cerveau via l\u2019axe intestin-cerveau, de sorte qu\u2019une perturbation dans l\u2019un est li\u00e9e \u00e0 des changements dans l\u2019autre. Des \u00e9tudes impliquant des animaux et des humains mettent en \u00e9vidence une relation tr\u00e8s complexe entre la perturbation du microbiote, le m\u00e9tabolisme et la consommation d\u2019alcool.<\/p>\n<p>Des enqu\u00eateurs au Br\u00e9sil et en France ont d&rsquo;abord nourri des souris avec un r\u00e9gime riche en sucre et en beurre, puis les ont pass\u00e9es \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime standard. Ces souris ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une forte pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l\u2019alcool plut\u00f4t que pour l\u2019eau, ce qui sugg\u00e8re que l\u2019arr\u00eat du r\u00e9gime riche en sucre et en beurre affectait leur syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compense, d\u00e9clenchant un comportement de type d\u00e9pendance. En revanche, les souris nourries syst\u00e9matiquement soit avec un r\u00e9gime standard, soit avec un r\u00e9gime riche en sucre\/beurre, sont rest\u00e9es oppos\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;alcool ou neutres.<\/p>\n<p>Les souris qui se sont tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019alcool se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es avoir une composition distincte du microbiote colique. Les modifications de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;abondance bact\u00e9riennes \u00e9taient li\u00e9es \u00e0 une production inhabituelle de m\u00e9tabolites et \u00e0 des voies neurobiologiques inhabituelles. Le microbiote intestinal contribue au m\u00e9tabolisme des acides amin\u00e9s, influen\u00e7ant \u00e0 son tour le m\u00e9tabolisme syst\u00e9mique et la neurotransmission.<\/p>\n<p>Chez les souris ayant une forte pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l\u2019alcool, le m\u00e9tabolisme des acides amin\u00e9s a diminu\u00e9. Les effets comprenaient une r\u00e9duction des niveaux d\u2019un acide amin\u00e9 qui contribue au syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compense de l\u2019alcool et une diminution de la production d\u2019acides gras \u00e0 cha\u00eene courte, qui aident \u00e0 r\u00e9guler les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019alcool. La r\u00e9duction du butyrate, par exemple, une mol\u00e9cule anti-inflammatoire qui aide \u00e0 r\u00e9guler l\u2019app\u00e9tit et le besoin d\u2019alcool, peut indiquer une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 accrue \u00e0 la consommation compulsive.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre bact\u00e9rie, impliqu\u00e9e dans les maladies m\u00e9taboliques et les comportements addictifs, est devenue plus r\u00e9pandue. La synth\u00e8se secondaire des acides biliaires a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9, contribuant potentiellement \u00e0 une augmentation de l&rsquo;inflammation et de la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intestinale, deux conditions associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;AUD. Les chercheurs ont \u00e9galement observ\u00e9 des changements dans le stress oxydatif et le m\u00e9tabolisme de la dopamine qui pourraient augmenter le risque de comportement de recherche d\u2019alcool et de consommation excessive d\u2019alcool.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats mettent en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le du microbiote intestinal dans la modulation du m\u00e9tabolisme des acides amin\u00e9s et du m\u00e9tabolisme syst\u00e9mique, affectant ainsi de multiples m\u00e9canismes neurobiologiques impliqu\u00e9s dans la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 (ou la r\u00e9silience contre) la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l\u2019alcool.
